ALSO DISCUSSED CORRECT PROCEDURE FOR NOTIFYING THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT OF UPCOMING TEMPORARY EVENTS. THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT MUST RECEIVE NOTIFICATION AND PAYMENT AT LEAST 7 DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT. |
